By doing so, we can white-list these channels, ensuring that your videos won't face any copyright issues when using our music. Please note that any unregistered channel using our music will get copyright claims, so linking your channels is a proactive measure to protect your creative work from such complications.
To add multiple channels and obtain music use clearance on an individual platform, such as four channels on YouTube, you should select an appropriate plan that permits multi-channel clearance. Our Influencer Plan and Agency Pro plan offer this capability. After subscribing, share your channel details with our team at hello@hoopr.ai. Our team will then take the necessary actions to white-list your provided channels. This process ensures that your videos are safeguarded from potential copyright issues, allowing you to use our music across your multiple channels without any infringement concerns.
Yes, we do have an affiliate program. Our subscribers can access their unique referral links in their "My Account" section. By sharing these links in their videos, they can offer extended free subscriptions to potential users. When a referred user purchases a subscription, they are eligible to receive up to three extra months in their subscription depending on the type of subscription purchased. Furthermore, for every referral resulting in a subscription, the referrer earns Hoopr points. If you've forgotten your password and are using an email login, you can easily reset it by selecting the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. Follow the prompts to reset your password. Alternatively, if you're already logged in, visit your "My Account" section and locate the "Update Password" button to change your current password to a new one.
For those who use social login, simply use the same Google or social login option you used during sign-up to access your account without needing a password. If you signed up with social login but need a password, we'll send a confirmation email with your login ID and a temporary password, allowing you to log in and update your password as desired. If you encounter issues, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
You can sign up for Hoopr using any email address of your choice. It doesn't need to be the same email you used to create your YouTube or social media accounts. Hoopr primarily relies on the social media links provided by users in their "My Account" section to verify the channels where our music is being used. Once you've provided these links, Hoopr will white-list your channel for music usage. However, please note that if you use our music on a non-registered channel (a channel without a verified social media link), you may encounter copyright issues. So, use any email to sign up, but ensure your channel is properly linked for seamless music usage and copyright protection.
You can easily access your liked and downloaded tracks by clicking on your profile (located on the top right corner of your screen) and selecting "My Activity". Once you're on this page, you can find all the tracks you've downloaded, along with your liked tracks that are under "My Favourites".
If you hear a track that you love and would like to save for later, you can add it to a playlist by using the + icon on the right hand side of every track. Once you press the + icon, a pop-up will appear asking if you want to add the particular track to your playlist. You can create as many playlists as you want and can even give them custom names and descriptions.
To see all your playlists, click on your profile (located on the top right corner of your screen) and select "My Activity". Once you're on this page, you can find all the tracks you've downloaded, your liked tracks as well as your playlists.
Yes. After the subscription is over, your channel will no longer be white-listed and you will get a claim. But your existing videos will not be affected.
In the event that you get a copyright claim, we urge you to fill up the Claim Clearance form located on the top right corner of the website or click here. Once you fill the form up with all your details, our team will ensure that the claim gets solved in a timely manner and that while the claim is being processed, your channel and monetization do not get affected.

No, you cannot. Hoopr does not allow users to create derivatives of our tracks. Using one of our tracks in an unfair or unethical manner may lead to copyright strikes and/or legal action against you and your channel.
No, you cannot create music videos for the songs that you download from Hoopr. You can only use it to enhance your content — the music itself cannot be the main focus.
No, the tracks that you download from Hoopr cannot be distributed to Spotify, Apple Music or any other streaming platform. With your Hoopr subscription, you are allowed to use it in your content only.
Hoopr offers you the option of downloading separate elements of a track or the whole thing by providing you with "Stems". Every song is made up of several different elements and those elements separately are known as Stems. To download stems on Hoopr, play the track you like and click on the bubble next to the track length that says "Full Mix". Once you click on that option, a pop-up menu will appear that shows you the list of Stems available. Pick the one that you need and click on the download button, it's that easy!

Yes, you can purchase what is known as a Lifetime Licence for a single track. A Lifetime Licence allows you to use that particular track for life! There are different types of lifetime licences for our tracks and they range from Individual Lifetime Licence to Movies/OTT Lifetime Licences. To buy a single track, click the shopping cart icon displayed next to the track you like and a pop-up will appear, giving you the price details.
If you are a freelancer, we suggest you get our Agency Pro plan! The Agency Pro plan is tailored for brands and agencies looking for good, copyright-safe music. There are three different types of Agency Pro plans — 10 tracks for ₹1,499/- a month, 50 tracks for ₹4,999/- a month and 200 tracks for ₹9,999/- a month.
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription during an active subscription. To do so, simply visit the payment page and select the plan you want to upgrade to. On this page, you will find an "Upgrade Subscription" button. Clicking this button will initiate the upgrade process. Follow the provided steps, and you will be able to seamlessly upgrade your subscription.
It's important to note that if you upgrade your subscription in the middle of an existing subscription, your new subscription will become immediately visible in your account. However, it will function as a trial until the expiry date of your previous plan. Your actual upgraded purchase will take effect from the end date of your previous subscription.

Currently a user cannot switch from an individual user to a business. To do so they need to sign up with a different email as a new user, and while signing up they need to select the role as "business".

For individual user plans, the GST is already included in the plan price, ensuring a straightforward payment process. However, for business plans, GST is excluded from the listed subscription fee. A GST of 18% is added to the payment during the checkout process. Businesses are required to provide their GSTIN number at the payment page for tax compliance purposes.
To request a GST invoice, businesses can connect with us at accounts@gsharp.media, providing essential details like Customer Name, Customer Address, GSTIN Number, and PAN Number. These details are necessary for us to generate a proper GST invoice for the subscription, and also ensure that the subscription can avail of the GST refund at their end.
Hoopr has the options of UPI, Credit and Debit Card payments as well as Net Banking. For international transactions, we accept credit and debit cards.
